Troops 211 and 1211 Houston

Information about Troop 211 and 1211

Troop 211 was chartered in 1940 by St. Mark's Episcopal Church. We are a linked troop of boys in Troop 211 and girls in Troop 1211 who are in 6th - 12th grade.  The troops share programming, campouts, troop meetings and resources as well as a shared leadership committee.

Our troops are known for their strong scout-led programs that help build character and teach advanced leadership skills. Scouts collaborate with adult leadership to plan monthly campouts and rank advancement opportunities. Scout parents play an integral role in making the troops successful and are highly involved with all aspects of troop life.

A shared troop meeting is held on Mondays at 7:30 pm during the typical school year on St. Mark's campus located at 3816 Bellaire Blvd. in Houston.  You can find a calendar containing the meetings and events here.

For more information, contact the scoutmasters at scoutmaster@troop211-1211htx.org

Current and future scouts, if you are sending an email yourself, you must follow Two-Deep Leadership. This means you must copy a parent or guardian on the email.
